Tudor Washing Machine with Oak Barrel

Many thanks for the barrel you sent us in July. We’ve had great fun with it since! You may remember I mentioned it was for our Tudor Week that we held here at Sizergh, and it was going to be used for our Tudor Washer Women demonstrations. Please find attached a picture of the barrel, with its top cut off and now being used as a Tudor washing machine, complete with Tudor laundry lady.
