We built this garden octagonal dining area, with a water feature in the centre, for a pub. It seats 16, and is based on a medieval market cross. We've used the used Dutch oak railway sleepers for the structure, reclaimed joists for the roof, and unused 30 yr old Dutch oak railway sleepers for the seats and table. It took a long time, and we're very pleased with the outcome.
PS. The last 3 darker pictures were taken several years later, after numerous events and parties etc...
What a magnificent stunning creation, that is quite spectacular. Very original, impeccably crafted out of reclaimed railway sleepers, and crying out for a banquet ! Contact us if you want Paul to build you one.
