Chuck Bartron's magnificent steps with railway sleepers
My name is Chuck Bartron, I am a landscaper from Hampshire, England, and I thought you might be interested in some steps I recently built. I have enclosed a couple of photos. 123 railway sleepers, 10 tonnes of concrete and a lot of hard work, but fun. If you would like some more photos i could send you some. The idea behind the design was to have landing platforms which could be sat on to enjoy the view and break up the monotony of too many steps.
