Tony & Debbie Shelley's raised pond
We promised to send some pictures of your railway sleepers in situ, this was taken 10 days after cutting the first soil. The pond measures 2.475m sq., 1.1m deep (approx 1600 gallons) and we (and the koi!) are very happy indeed.

A very pleasing project that is straightforward to construct, and excellent in looks. Two layers of new Pine railway sleepers are stacked and screwed on their narrow side, & a top layer fixed on its wider side,as a capping, and voila! The outside walls are done. A koi pond fit for a king.
