Karen's bank holiday project - painted railway sleeper raised beds

Many thanks to Karen for sharing both her fine collection of photographs and her written commentary that perfectly documents the different stages of the construction of her raised beds. Most people tend to leave railway sleepers as they are, to gradually weather and bleach in the sun, but Karen decided to paint her railway sleepers which has made such a visual and creative difference. They look really attractive and a perfect raised bed in which her moved plants can thrive.
