Graham's clock from a railway sleeper offcuts

A neighbour asked  me if I could cut him a 10 x 5 piece of railway sleeper for his garden on my new radial arm saw. I did this and was left with this off cut which I decided to make something out of it. The hardest part was cutting the circular hole to take the clock parts. The dominos are antique (cheap off a well known auction site) and the actual clock parts were from a pound shop. A nice coat of clear wax, and it was finished in less than 3 hours. I hope you like the result,

Thank you for the pictures and description of your unique clock which you've made from an offcut of a railway sleeper. Very individual and beautifully made. Your neighbour and friends will definitely be wanting one!
