Railway sleeper 'Palace'. Fit for a king in hiding!!
Walking in Wales, near Haye on Wye, we came across this original rustic building made from railway sleepers. Clearly it has seen a lot of wear and tear, but given some love and attention, and it's fantastic location, it could be clearly be an exciting renovation project for a holiday cottage / studio / hermit's retreat.

Well, it is in no doubt that in London this exclusive railway sleeper mews opportunity would sell for hundreds of thousands of pounds, with an accompanying underground gym and cinema room, but in muddy Monmouthshire it unfortunately remains a derelict battered shed, that might house a goat that was down on its luck. Good try!
