Harvester restaurant's dining area with railway sleepers

The Harvester restaurant in Wilford, Nottingham, recently undertook a refurbishment of it's dining area. It used new oak untreated railway sleepers to screen off certain eating areas and create window spaces.

A great example of how new railway sleepers can be used in so many different creative situations. The windows look wonderfully rustic and chunky, and the upright oak railway sleeper wall achieves beautiful curves, that double up as elegant screen as well as the backs of seating areas.
