ANDREW'S WALLS AND GREENHOUSE RAISED BEDS WITH NEW OAK RAILWAY SLEEPERS
Photos and plans of my raised vegetable bed construction, with a wall that wraps around the greenhouse. I’ve placed a textured damp proof membrane sheet against the back of the railway sleepers with gravel behind that like a French drain. I've used Type 1 crushed stone underneath and behind the railway sleepers purely to minimise water contact and to prolong their life.
