Here are the photos of our railway sleepers raised beds. The blackened railway sleepers are the ones I have cleaned. The shiny one in the foreground is still oily because I could not get at it with all the greenery.

You've made some superb raised beds, despite the ordeal... I guess that's the negative of using railway sleepers that are creosote treated. Pity, because they are so square and straight, and not too heavy to move, and look really good... as your beautiful raised beds show.
