Christine's triangular raised bed from new oak railway sleepers
It started with an enquiry:
'This is where I would like to make a raised bed with railway sleepers. The slabs are there to access the two washing lines (which you can see if you click on the photo). The plan would be to take out the bushes & the 2 slabs in the middle and to make a triangular bed to grow herbs in. Would someone at your workplace be able to tell me what we’d need to buy, do you think?'

It is really satisfying to be contacted at the beginning of a project, when someone is at the design and ideas stage, and then to finally see the finished handywork when it all come to fruition. It's great to see Christine's triangular raised herb bed that she created using new oak railway sleepers, and how she transformed an unused space into a functional kitchen garden.
