Judith Whittle's kitchen vegetable beds
As promised a few months ago, a few pictures to show that the kitchen garden here at Freston House is taking shape. Can you believe it, but we need another 50 railway sleepers to add some more beds for the caged fruit, etc. I will send some more pictures when there is a bit more colour in the vegetable / cut flower beds.

A fabulous kitchen garden in a beautiful setting, that invites the most wonderful collection of vegetables and flowers. The simple classical symmetry of rectangular railway sleeper raised beds, surrounded by a beautiful brick wall is unbeatable. It will be wonderful to see it all planted up!
