Cottage steps & retaining wall from new oak railway sleepers
New oak railway sleepers were stacked 6 high to create a sturdy retaining wall and steps into the cottage garden.

A very beautiful project in an attractive setting. The sun has started to weather the oak railway sleepers to a silver grey, which will perfectly compliment the gravel, brick and red pantiles, not to mention the beautiful thatch roof.
