We first visited Railwaysleepers.com near Cotgrave in March 2024 after looking at their website and seeing what a great range they had and only 20 minutes away. We were taken around by Ben whose knowledge was exceptional and such a pleasant and helpful guy. We were able to take our time to choose exactly what we wanted for our garden project.
We went ahead in July and the railway sleepers were delivered on time. Our landscaper - Tim Parker, Escape Garden Design and Build (Lowdham nr Nottingham) - was very impressed and did a fabulous job turning our dream into reality - see attached plan. Absolutely delighted with the quality and beauty of the railway sleepers and the final outcome was exactly what we’d hoped for.
We visited RailwaySleepers.com twice more and bought two smaller railway sleepers, some wonderful glass bricks and a few cut up old telegraph poles. So happy with everything we have and these final touches are fab. RailwaySleepers.com are such lovely people to work with. This is the closest we’ve ever got to arriving as a customer and leaving as a friend. Can’t recommend highly enough

A slight (welcome!) departure for us on this one. The brief was to create a relaxing retreat at the top of the tiered garden utilising reclaimed hardwood railway sleepers, existing paving and bricks, salvaged rocks and a previously felled Birch. A thoroughly enjoyable little project!
