Oak garden pavillion - from new & used railway sleepers
Dear Kilgraney,
Here are some pictures of one of our latest garden structures. We used new French oak railway sleepers for the uprights & ring beam, & 3" thick floorboards; used Dutch oak railway sleepers for the base & steps around the hexagon; new Baltic pine railway sleepers for the staircase & decking area: cedar shingles for the roof; stainless steel piping for the rails. It took us about a month, and we are very pleased !
