Bruce Buxton's oak railway sleeper table

As promised attached are some photos of the coffee table made from new French oak (purchased in December). It has been finished with a very smooth surface coated in oil which accentuates the grains. My fiancé and I are very happy with the result and it looks great in our living space on the matching oak floor. It's very solid (not sure how much it weighs but its a struggle for two people move!) and I'm sure it will last for many years.
