Railway sleepers at large- a collection of photos from everywhere

Everywhere I go I see railway sleepers! On my way into Nottingham, Saturday morning, I saw some railway sleeper benches, and immediately thought, 'I wish I had the camera with me'! The first 3 pictures are Ruddington Country Park. The next picture is Foxton Lock (the crossing timbers are used to separate the grass from the reeds) Then, Coton Manor Gardens.

I think you're right about railway sleepers being found everywhere (It's not just a figment of your imagination!) Keep taking the pictures.... It's great to see as wide a selection as possible.
