We have finally completed the bridge work earlier today with the Pine railway sleepers and landscaping poles you supplied. Just the remaining landscaping and planting to do later in the year.

Richard's skillfully built bridge hides the practicalities, hard work & craftmanship involved in building over a stream or pond. Claude Monet had his Japanese bridge built by a local craftsman. By the time the garden was restored the bridge was too damaged to be saved. It had to be rebuilt by a firm from Vernon.
