Roger Lee's fishpond with railway sleepers
I don't have any photos actually taken during the construction process, but we excavated the site which made it about one metre deep and it has a shelf all the way around which is the level of the lawn. Another photo is enclosed.
It was of course made with "new" railway sleepers and using "TimberLok" screws.

Many thanks for the pictures, Roger. A wonderfully sized pond that will no doubt be forever appreciated by your beautiful collection of fish! Very simple and straightforward to make (despite the digging!) It looks professional and naturally fits within the garden. A fine feature.
