And what better place to do this than on an old railway sleeper bench facing the beautiful Ramsey Island in St Davids, Pembrokeshire. If you've got the chance, take the tiny ferry over to the RSPB island, and enjoy a day wandering around this isolated bird sanctuary, breathing in the sea air, as you look out across the ocean towards Ireland.
