A genuinely impressive transformation from scruffy area to delightful garden! The eye-catching blend of lighter new oak railway sleepers and darker reclaimed railway sleepers is really effective, and the seating area surrounded by raised beds is gorgeous. A big thumbs up!

Thank you for your kind words. The landscaping transformation you have created using different levels of new railway sleepers is really impressive. What was a very uninspiring empty space is now a stimulating multi layered garden space that will be a delight to spend time in.

A beautifully constructed railway sleeper project that oozes with craftmanship and design. The finer details are equally impressive as each layer is fractionally offset from the layer below, and then stained to create an eye-catching display. Landscaping to admire.

Thank you Bob for the photos of your really attractive garden pond. There is something very pleasing and gentle about using upright landscaping poles to create the curved, flowing surround of a pool of water. The red brick and grey slate compliment perfectly the natural finish of the round timbers, and produce a wonderful garden feature.

Great to see pictures of how an eye-catching collection of raised beds has been created in a front garden and planted with roses. It's not surprising that Richard needed help with lifting the tropical hardwood railway sleepers into place. Not only are they heavy but also pretty tough to screw into, as he discovered!

Yes, that's what our generous customers have donated to the DEC's Ukraine Humanitarian Fund, through their purchase of Ukrainian oak railway sleepers. At the same time they are also supporting an endangered family sawmill in Ukraine that has really struggled during the war, and has had to close several times due to its proximity to Kiev and the Belarus border. Frightening times, but also one where support and generosity shines through. Thanks to you all.
