Building a vegetable bed from new British pine railway sleepers, at the very TOP of a garden

It's really great to see what Mark has created, and especially interesting to see all his preparation work, including the fixing of the plastic grid mats, as a base for the railway sleeper raised beds. All credit to him for carrying the railway sleepers up such a steep garden. No mean feat. Hopefully his vegetable beds will reward him with a bountiful harvest next year, that wipes away the memories of his aching muscles!
