When plants combine with railway sleepers

When landscapers & gardeners have just finished the arduous digging, levelling, positioning, screwing & concreting of all the railway sleepers and landscaping poles etc.. everything looks functional, neat and precisely designed, but sometimes inevitably a little hard and bare. A year later it's such a different picture.
