ANDY & SUSIE'S KITCHEN BEAM WITH NEW TROPICAL HARDWOOD RAILWAY SLEEPERS
I bought a couple of new tropical hardwood railway sleepers from you to use as a beam. I thought you might like to see some photos. It looks absolutely great and the railway sleepers cleaned up beautifully. In the end we decided not to use the beam for load-bearing, as it wasn't quite seasoned enough, so I put a hidden RSJ above it for peace of mind. Thanks very much for your help.
