Metro Retro railway sleeper tables

Here are some photos of furniture that we made from your railway sleepers I began designing my own range of tables and benches, mixing natural, reclaimed and new materials. These were successfully launched at the Mode Show in 2001.

1) Reclaimed Australian Jarra railway sleeper, cast iron wheels, steel studding, toughened 10mm glass top. Size1200x 510x 400mm high. These sleepers have not been treated with creosote

2) New oak sleeper with 12mm toughened glass uprights 130cm wide x 60cm deep (timber is inset 30mm each side) x 33cm high
