Can I cancel my order before it is despatched?

Can I cancel my order before it is despatched?
YES! Please send us an email if you want to cancel your order.
We may have already spent considerable time preparing paperwork, picking and packing your order, and organising the delivery (not forgetting the bank charges!) so there is usually a cancellation charge of 10% of the total order to cover these expenses. 
As you would expect, cancellations cannot be accepted if we have already cut or made goods to your own specification.

Can I return my order once it's been delivered?
YES! You have the right to return your goods within 7 working days of receiving them. Please call us on 0115 989 0445 if you wish to do this. 
Please note that you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost and are expected to take necessary precautions to prevent any damage in transit.
Of course, if your local postman is not so keen on picking up a parcel of railway sleepers, we can arrange for your railway sleepers to be collected.  
Once we receive the goods back at our address, we will refund the cost of the order to the original credit/debit card or bank account, less delivery cost and 10% restocking charge.
Goods must be returned in their original condition so you can't return them if you've cut them, drilled them or treated them with anything including wood stain, wax, oil, or preserver.
